Kite-surfing is within walking distance from the Safina House. Kenya is a destination site for Kite Surfing with consistent winds, great surf, and world-class instructors. It involves standing on a modified surfboard and dragging an enormous kite along. Not for the faint of heart; you will need a day or two to get the hang of it. But our guides are there to get you riding on thin air.
